Telephone Tips

• We suggest avoiding Mondays from 7:00AM-9:00AM, which is peak call time.

• Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.  We suggest calling in advance rather than the day before to book your trip.

• Save time with our Callback feature.  Keep your spot in the queue with no waiting on hold - just press 3 when prompted by the operator to have a Customer Service Representative return your call.

• Sign up for our IVR notifications which provide automated telephone call outs alerting passengers of their next day bus arrival window – clients signed up for this service will receive a call between 5:00PM-7:00PM the night before their scheduled appointment.

• Have all information ready when calling – this includes appointment times, dates and correct addresses.

• Familiarize yourself with our county-specific Travel Guidelines.  These guidelines indicate when a vehicle will be in certain areas at certain times. Requested trip times must fall within the guidelines. If your trip time and/or destination falls outside of the times, your trip request may be denied. If this concerns a medical trip, we suggest calling your medical provider to negotiate an appointment time that falls within the travel guideline parameters.  Click here for Travel Guidelines.
