      Passengers are responsible for obtaining pick-up times for the next day’s travel. Riders may contact the rabbittransit Call Center between 5:00PM – 7:00PM to receive their trip times. Please call on Friday to receive Monday travel times.

      rabbittransit will soon launch an Automated Phone System. Once in place, riders will receive an automated call on the evening before the trip to confirm the pick-up time, location and return time. For pick-up times, the system will provide a window of 30 minutes around your scheduled trip times (i.e. “You will be picked up between 3:45 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. for a scheduled 4:00 p.m. trip”).

      Coming Soon! Other automated features will become available including:

      • Imminent Arrival Feature - Receive a call shortly before your vehicle arrives
      • Callback Feature – Opt to have a customer service agent call you back instead of waiting on hold
      • Cancellation Feature – Cancel trips through the phone system directly
      • Self-service web reservation

      Please make sure rabbittransit has your accurate phone number when you book the trip.
