This Sunday, October 16, the myStop app will undergo an update. If your myStop app does not automatically update, you may need to take steps yourself to force the update.
iPhone Instructions
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to MyStop, or tap Update All.
Android Instructions
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available.”
4. Tap Update next to MyStop.
If the instructions above do not work, you may need to delete the app and re-install it.
