Paratransit Driver
Our paratransit drivers make a difference in our community by serving local seniors, persons with disabilities, veterans, and vulnerable families. A CDL isn’t required to drive these smaller shuttle buses. Drivers who wish to obtain their CDL may do so through our CDL training program.
Fixed Route Driver
Our riders depend on fixed route drivers to maintain employment, go to school, access food and medical care and so much more! Applicants for fixed route must have a valid CDL. Drivers who don’t possess a CDL may be eligible to obtain one through our CDL training program.
Customer Service
We’re seeking people who are passionate about the customer experience. Our customer service representatives serve our riders by providing service information, booking paratransit trips, giving accurate fixed route information to riders and answering questions.

6 Reasons You Should Work for rabbittransit:
1. Purpose-Driven Work
When you work for rabbittransit, you’re driving change. We often take for granted the ability to travel to everyday locations – the grocery store, a doctor’s office, or work. Without these connections, we can’t provide for our basic needs or dare to explore our future. Providing a ride shapes our neighbors and directly impacts their lives.
2. Stability & Service Area
14% of rabbittransit employees have been with our company for more than 10 years. We have over 500 staff members across 10 counties. With a diverse workforce and multiple locations, apply to the job that’s right for you.
3. Health & Well-Being
Our employees are our most important asset. While offerings are unique to each county’s market practices, they include things like comprehensive coverage for health care, employer provided Simplified Employee Pension (SEP), paid time off and holiday time, all subject to local requirements.
4. Caring for Our Communities
We created our own 501(c)(3) non-profit, rabbitcares, to help more people get to more places for more possibilities. Focused on veterans transportation, access to food and access to medical care, we aid vulnerable families, older adults and persons with disabilities who would otherwise fall through the cracks of traditional transportation funding.
5. Going Green
rabbittransit realizes that good public service is responsible public service, and as a regional public transit system, we know that we must be environmentally conscious. Not only are green practices better for the environment, they’re better for operations, often leading to improvements in efficiency, supply costs and reduced waste.
6. Top-Notch Technology
rabbittransit is always looking for new ways to lead the transportation industry. We’re driven to be innovative and often test products and programs across the state. We have invested in cutting-edge technology and equipment to provide you with the tools you need to succeed.
