Advocate: Contact a local agency group or your legislator to support public transportation.

• American Public Transportation Association (APTA)- Voices of Public Transit: A national organization that serves to lead through advocacy, innovation, and information sharing. APTA works to ensure public transportation is available and accessible for all Americans in communities across the country.
• State General Assembly: Voice your support for public transportation by contacting your state representative or senator.
• Federal Legislator List: Communicate your opinion in general or on specific legislation being considered by Congress.

Participate: Attend a meeting to discuss transportation solutions.

Transportation Advocacy Group: Advisory group that discusses solutions for issues related to local and regional public transportation and improving mobility services.
